May Instagram Review

So I decided to ease back into blogging post-having-Little Dude by starting a new monthly series.  I'm going to do a monthly Instagram round up and go over some of the highlights for each month, via some of my favorite photos from Instagram.  (P.S. If you aren't following me on there, you should...it's lots of fun!)

May was pretty awesome...starting with my first Mother's Day.  It also happened to be Little Dude's dedication service at our church.  The same church that the Mister and I were married in almost 3 years ago.  It was a super sweet, special day with our family and friends.  Best. Mother's Day. Ever.  <3

I think I've finally started to find a routine with Little Dude.  Sorta.  My favorite part of the day has definitely become reading to him post-afternoon nap.  The Very Hungry Caterpillar is a classic...highly recommend for a first book!

It's also beginning to finally feel like summer in Virginia, which makes me happy beyond belief.  I am not a cold weather fan!  So you can be sure that I have been spending as much time outdoors as I possibly can, and I am no longer glow-in-the-dark pale.  Woohoo!

I made the switch from this bag...

...to this bag from Madewellhttp://shopstyle.it/l/OxC.  And I love it!  I will be posting an updated "What's in my Bag?" post at some point this month.

I started making my own iced coffee at home, and it's pretty amazing.  And money saving.  (Take that, Starbucks!)

And I think that I've gotten to a sweet spot with my planner and journal system.  It might be a lot to some, but for me, it really works.  And life's too short to only use one planner, right?

That's it for this month.  Stay tuned for another post soon-ish.
Thanks for reading!

Sarah
