Recollections Personal Planner Review

For the past few months, I have been using a disc bound Happy Planner, and have absolutely loved it. The inserts, layout,'s just right for me.  Except for one thing- the size. Toting it around in my purse was a bit much, so I started looking for something smaller to travel with on an everyday basis.  Enter this little beauty.

I had seen online that Michael's had released their own line of ring bound personal sized planners, so I decided to stop by my local store to check them out.  Well, needless to say, just "checking them out" turned into me taking one home to give a try.

The planners run for $19.99, and are eligible for a 40% off coupon, so I got mine for only $11.99.  The only hard decision was choosing a color. They ranged from gold, to cobalt blue, to black...but (obviously) I wound up going with the hot pink.

The quality of these planners is pretty awesome.  Some of the ones I looked at in store had a gap in their rings when they were closed, but other than that, they seem to be very well made.  They're sturdy, and just the right weight and size for going into a purse or bag.

But I think the thing that really makes these planners for me is the insert booklets.  With everything from a meal planner to a wedding planner to a journal, they make customizing your planner so easy!  I decided to opt the budget and important information insert pages.  Each booklet runs for $4.99, but a second trip with another 40% off coupon makes them only $2.99. :)

If you have any other questions or thoughts, leave them in the comments down below.  Happy Planning, y'all!
